Since 2018, there has been tariff increases implemented on $250 billion worth of Chinese products. These tariffs are detailed as amendments in section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 and were rolled out in lists 1-4b.
The Wall Street Journal recently reported that the U.S. not planning on lifting these tariffs anytime soon. The tariffs remain, despite agreements to end the trade war in 2020. Customers are being impacted by these tariffs and looking for solutions.
