GE Lighting Division Quartz-Halogen Lamps We manufacture more than 60 different models, and we have been able to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase productivity by several orders of magnitude. Clark Equipment Forklift Axle This large industrial component required us to operate three simultaneous production lines - one for fabrication, one for CNC machining, and one for assembly. General Electric Shelf Bucket Assembly We re-engineered this component of GE's side-by-side refrigerators to take cost out to the tune of more than $350,000 per year.
